Washington.   Adjacent to a protected 25-acre natural preserve to ensure that the community is “evergreen,” The Woods at Bradley Street will offer homeowners open floor plans in a 3-story design that brings out the personal style of each unique residence.  The development also will be preserving an historic Civil War fortification from 1863 that exists on the site and will be accessible to the public in a half-acre park.  The builder/developer for The Woods at Bradley Street is POMO Development, led by Jeffrey Paul, a lifelong resident of the City of Pittsburgh whose construction projects include the successful Sweetbriar Village on Mt. Washington.
